Refunds and Returns Policy

However, you're fully protected by our refund policy.

Here's how it works...

30 Day Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days from the date of purchase, simply return all physical products we shipped to you, and ask for a full refund. You will get your money back less any shipping and handling, and restocking fees. That's a firm promise and commitment.

In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below. With your return you must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they're in good condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 10 percent of the purchase price.

We do not take title to a returned physical product until we receive it. In limited circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may issue a full or partial refund without the return of a physical product you purchased from us. If we issue such a refund without a product return, we do not take title to the physical product that has not been returned.

Your item must be returned in the orginal box it came in together with the jewelry pouch it came in and it must include your orginal invoice with the return.

Once we receive your return package, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price only. Your refund will not include any shipping or handling that you paid.

No refunds will be given on an item that is returned damaged.

Track Your Returns.

We recommend that you use FEDEX or USPS to return your item so that you have a tracking number in the event your package does not arrive.

Proccessing Refunds

Your refund for the item purchased will be processed within 3 to 5 days of receipt of the returned item. This refund will normally appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 30 days depending on your bank.

If you paid by PayPal and are due a refund, the refund will be made to the PayPal account from which you orginally paid. This payment will generally take place within 2-3 business days from the day we receive your return package.

If your credit card has expired or is no longer valid, or your PayPal account has been closed, you will need to provide us with a current valid mailing address and we issue a refund check to you. The refund check will incur a $2.50 processing fee.

You are responsible for any shipping charges you may incur for your return. Your refund will include only the actual cost of your item not the shipping and handling costs, if any.

Note: Refunds may be delayed due to unforseen events such as electrical or internet outages, floods, fires, storms or other acts of God.

Reseller Fees:

If you were introduced to our website by a reseller, that reseller will receive a commission on your purchase between 5% and 10% depending on the item. If such a commission is due, your refund will be the full amount paid for the item less the reseller fee.

Bulk Item Purchases

If you purchased items in bulk and received a discount on your items purchased, your refund will be for the price of the item(s) less any discount received.

Shipment and Risk of Loss

When you buy a physical product from our website, the purchase is made per a shipment contract. Whether we ship the product directly to you, or it is shipped to you by a third party (e.g. a drop shipper), the risk of loss and title for each product purchased from us passes to you once it has been delivered to the carrier (e.g. U.S. Postal Service, U.P.S., FedEx etc.). We are not responsible for items lost during transit.
